Cancellation Policy
*NO CALL, NO SHOWS LESS THAN 24 HOURS
will be charged 30% of service booked. If your card has insufficient funds, you will be responsible for paying the remaining 30% before you are able to book another appointment. All other appointments will be canceled immediately until paid. To ensure that you are not charged for any no-shows or cancellations, please read the cancellation policy carefully. Deposits, service fees, Charges and or payments are all non-refundable.
SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE FEES. PERMANENT MAKE-UP SERVICES WILL BE CHARGED at $125. IF your card has insufficient funds, you will be responsible for paying the total balance before you are able to book another appointment, and all other appointments will be canceled immediately until paid. Deposits, service fees, Charges and or payments are all non-refundable.
* 15-minute grace period allowed. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled. Rescheduling is to be determined.
